Student assistants with a knack for content production
The AU International Office is looking for a new student assistant to help with the recruitment and retention of international students at Aarhus University (AU).
The student assistant will be part of the International recruitment, marketing, and career team at the International Office. The team consists of six full-time staff members and around six student assistants.Primary tasks
- Write newsletters for international students
- Create various content for web, including blog posts and simple videos
- Proof-read various texts in English
- Help manage and produce content for our social media channels
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Experience writing for online media
- (Personal) knowledge of international full-degree students at AU
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns
- Experience from working in higher education institution
In addition, we expect that you are:
- Comfortable working independently
- Well organized with a good sense of detail
- Outgoing and internationally minded
Pay
The position is paid according to state agreements.
PlaceAll work takes place in our office at the International Center.
