we are looking for SAFe Product Manager
We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our clients Danish team taking the responsibility as SAFe Product Manager in our clients Cards Service Domain as well as supporting Product Management and Application Management team with other initiatives and projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working as SAFe Product Manager in Cards Service Domain Cards and Mobile Payment HUB owning the Feature backlog for the DK Classic IT team
- Diligently support the team by actively remove blockers for them
- Actively support optimization of the teams ways of working together with the Scrum Master
- Be responsible for developing and communicating the vision and roadmap of the team with respect for Nordic alignment and prioritization
- Decrease friction in customer payments and help solving incidents in the daily operations
- Contribute to various projects as Consumer Cards representative or as a driver
You’ll join a team of nine colleagues in Denmark, and together we’re responsible for our clients Consumer Cards portfolio, ensuring our clients more than a million customers can do card payments at all times in a simple, safe and easy way. The team works with a wide range of departments and colleagues across the Nordics, and focus on core product management tasks such as incident handling, product development, legal, card scheme and regulatory compliance, communication and stakeholder management.
Who you are:
- Have a good practical understand of the Scaled Agile framework and how a well-functioning agile team should work
- Are result-oriented, have a problem-solving attitude, and effectively prioritize your daily tasks
- Have good collaboration competences in both your interaction with the team, stakeholders, vendors and others.
- Have experience with Product Management
- Have experience with Cards, payments or general banking
- Experienced with tool sets such as Jira and Confluence
- Are self-driven, proactive, and passionate about leading change
Your experience and background:
- Suitable educational background, e.g. Master's degree in technology, business administration, or similar.
- Long and relevant experience may substitute educational background.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing, and ability to communicate with people from different parts of the organization, in both Danish and English
This job and role is based in Copenhagen, minimum 3 days in the office and max 2 days remote per week.
