Research Project Manager (part time)
The Department of Culture and Languages is seeking a part time project manager for the research project "From antiquity to community: rethinking classical heritage through citizen humanities" (AntCom) in the period 01.01.25 – 31.12.26 (18,5 hours/ week).
As a project manager you will:
- coordinate activities between the different international partners in the project
- organize events and meetings
- manage budget and expenses in cooperation with the department’s finance team
- work closely with Prof. Aglae Pizzone (Principal Investigator) on to ensure the timely execution of milestones and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Experience and proven track record in dealing with large European projects in all their aspects: day to day management, scheduling, events-organization, economy.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Horizon Europe Framework and its requirements.
- Experience and good track record in liaising with foreign institutions and academic cultures.
- Excellent communication skills and liaison abilities, including fluency in Danish, English and preferably Italian.
- Experience in managing and handling social media outlets.
- Knowledge and documented experience in using managing tools (e.g. Slack, Excel).
- As a minimum you hold a master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred), ideally within Classical Studies.
