The Housing Foundation Copenhagen is a non-profit foundation helping approximately 2000 international students and researchers each year find accommodation in Copenhagen.
As our current student worker has graduated and will be taking on other tasks in the office we are looking for a new student to join our team at the Service desk.
What are the tasks?
You will be working in our office at Copenhagen University South Campus, assist in the daily administration work, and be a part of the Housing Foundation team. Along with our other student worker your tasks will be:
- Welcoming and assisting tenants at our service desk
- Answering phones and emails in regards to maintenance issues, contracts, everyday matters etc. Handling keys - packing, registering and handing out keys
- To occasionally be in contact with our accommodation sites, residence assistants, inspectors and cleaners
- Handling ad hoc tasks at the office
What we offer
At the Housing Foundation Service desk no two days are the same. We have quiet periods where we have time for an extra cup of coffee, and busy periods where we are on our feet the whole day and our coffee usually gets a bit cold.- Flexible schedule - we will try and plan your hours around your studies.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a service minded student (bachelor or master) who can see themselves thriving in an international environment and is able to work 1-3 days a week - depending on our busy periods. It is important that you are fluent in both written and spoken English, as we are an international office and all our services are aimed at non-Danish speakers.Danish language is not required but can help on occasion.
Furthermore we would like you to:
- Have a solid understanding of intercultural communication
- Be a people-person with a passion for customer service
- Work independently and have an eye for detail
- Have experience living abroad e.g. as an exchange student
