The position

As a Project Director at Novo Nordisk, your role will involve ensuring consistent quality performance at the acquired sites, acting as a key connection between the acquired sites and Novo Nordisk quality through the integration period, and ensuring the flow of data and quality content between the two organizations..

Your key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring consistent quality performance between the acquired sites.
  • Quality Operations Leader will be key interface between the acquired sites and Novo Nordisk quality with focus on quality management system alignment, compliance reduction and translation of data between sites and Novo Nordisk.
  • Become Risk owner for acquired sites to collect site operating risks, translate them into the Novo Nordisk approach, communicate the risks regularly through the Novo Nordisk risk sys-tem, and track risk reduction activities while escalating delays.
  • Facilitate the integration of the acquired sites, including guiding the QMS integration and supporting the transformation from two separate QMS’ to an integrated standardized QMS.

Travel within the US and within Europe must be expected, estimated to vary from 25-50%.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant degree, e.g. Pharmacist or Engineer, Courses in Quality and GMP.
  • Extensive and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological or device industry e.g., research, development, regulatory affairs, and production.
  • Solid commercial business and market understanding.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
As a person, your adeptness in communication, both verbal and written, allows for effective interac-tion across various levels. Additionally, your cultural understanding and intercultural communication skills enable seamless collaboration in diverse environments.
With high personal integrity, you ap-proach tasks with honesty and reliability. Your structured and analytical approach ensures methodi-cal problem-solving, while your ability to work independently and within a team showcases your adaptability.

You excel in building relationships, fostering trust across all levels of an organization and within diverse cultures.

About the department

You will join the Brownfield Site Integration department, where we focus on integrating acquired sites into Novo Nordisk’s quality systems. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining high-quality standards across all sites.

We are based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals.
