Requirements
MAIN PURPOSE:
The Head of Commercial Pediatric Oncology will play a critical role in devising and implementing the commercial strategy for Norgine’s oncology and rare disease offerings. The role demands strategic leadership, effective team management, and a dedicated focus on achieving market growth and financial goals in alignment with Norgine’s broader corporate objectives.
The position reports to the General Manager Nordics.

- Budget Management:
Manage and oversee budgets for commercial projects and customer-related activities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and financial sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive senior-level experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing in the Nordics, particularly in oncology or rare diseases, with a demonstrated track record of strategic commercial leadership.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare system in the Nordics, including knowledge of health insurance operations and the broader healthcare landscape.
