About the position:

We are looking for a colleague who can further digitize our customer service processes and ensure that we stay ahead of the latest technological advancements to provide the best possible customer experience.

As the leader of a team of four dedicated employees, you will play a key role in our continued growth. We will provide you with a thorough introduction to our organization, products, and customers – and you will always have skilled colleagues to support you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize customer service processes with a digital mindset
  • Implement AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, AI agents, and automated email responses
  • Ensure the best sales support for our international sales offices
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously optimize our service
  • Inspire and develop your team through strong and motivating leadership
  • Be hands-on in customer service when needed

Our ideal candidate:

You have either worked as a customer service leader or have experience with digital customer service and are ready for the next step in your career.

You are structured, analytical, and data-driven, with a strong ability to identify smarter digital solutions and implement them in collaboration with our IT and development department.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with digital process optimization using AI and be motivated to create the best customer satisfaction.

You communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English, which is essential in our international company, where you collaborate daily with customers and colleagues from around the world.
