The position
For our IT Support team, we are looking for a service-oriented IT Supporter who is motivated to provide excellent service. We are a team of 10 employees, providing 1st and 2nd level support to our 800 colleagues. We work both in production and in the offices.We use ServiceNow for documenting our tasks, which cover a wide range.
Your primary tasks:
- 1st & 2nd level support via phone, email, portal access, and in-person contact
- IT Support to our production lines and support systems (the majority of the work)
- Setup and maintenance of PAS-X scanners, label printers, or other IT equipment
- You will be involved in ensuring close communication between IT and our colleagues in production and creating the necessary bridge to anchor IT in the organization
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Background as an IT technician, IT support, data technician, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years as an IT Supporter and experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers in a Windows-domain environment and PAS-X
- Experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good capabilities in written and spoken English. Danish is a plus.

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 10 colleagues. The team is rapidly growing to stay aligned with our constantly developing surroundings. We are very diverse in terms of background, age, culture, knowledge etc. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
