BCPM Officer for Product Management Team
The Investment & Pension Product Management Team supports the Personal Customers Business Unit in the management of investment and pension products. We adhere to strict internal and regulatory standards. Our diverse team, spread across Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Lithuania, emphasizes the importance of collaboration with stakeholders and experts to achieve our goals and to help the bank deliver on its Forward’28 strategic ambitions.
You will:
- Efficiently manage administrative and project-related tasks to support investment and pension product oversight
- Support the team in performing product reviews and ensuring timely follow-up on findings
- Conduct ongoing monitoring activities
- Prepare and present management reports to inform decision-making
- Maintain and develop internal processes and procedures
About you:
- Possesses a basic understanding of financial institutions/banking and knowledge of investment products; familiarity with MiFID II Product Governance requirements offers a benefit but not mandatory
- Possesses significant professional communication skills in English (advanced skills)
- Are proactive and self-motivated, capable of working well while being an integral part of a team
- Possesses a structured and diligent approach to both ad hoc and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Maintains a high level of integrity
- Show significant ability to collaborate across teams and cultures, enhancing our global team’s effectiveness and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders

We offer:
This position can be located in Denmark or Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2640 to 3960 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
