The position
We are looking for a new IT Business Analyst to undertake various functional aspects around our global Cold Chain application called NNTZW (Novo Nordisk Temperature Zone Web). You will be joining an agile team within our Supply Chain IT area in the Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) area.The team looks after both operations and development of the application and it has a virtual constellation, with application management in Denmark, application developers in China, and system management in India.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in daily delivery teamwork with focus on functional aspects of the NNTZW application
- Provide functional system support, incl. incident creation and change request documentation
- Approve and revoke user accesses to NNTZW, while ensuring the user guides remain updated
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionality
- Serve as a link to global super users and offer super user training
- Analyze data in relation to incidents
- Provide support to system manager and contribute to agile ways of working
- Participate in various workshops related to interfaces, system replacement, capacity expansions, etc
You will take part in ensuring this based on the current NNTZW system. In the coming years we will also be looking into replacing the current legacy system with a new solution that is better suited for future requirements in our growing business.
Qualifications
We imagine that the ideal candidate can say yes to most of the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in IT or other relevant educational background
- Understanding of production flows, ideally in temperature- and compliance-controlled environments
- Experienced in functional user support and system documentation with an analytical mindset, capable of analyzing data and complex flows
- Knowledge about integration between source systems e.g. MES (PAS-X) and ERP (SAP)
- Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain connections in your network
- Understanding of ITIL, GXP validation, and cold chain flows
- Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English
