Proficiency in Excel is also essential.Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations Planning: Provide and adjust daily operations plans, ensuring responsiveness to updates and maintaining efficiency.- Resource Allocation & Headcount Adjustments: Strategically allocate resources and adjust headcount for optimal cost and efficiency.- Technical Analysis: Analyze technical data and reports to determine requirements for spares and support equipment.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate logistics into business systems and processes.- Status Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentation materials for meetings with top management and department leaders.Key Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships at all levels.- Ability to balance stakeholders and optimize resource planning.- Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management – Ideally warehouse related.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Pivot Tables, Macros, complex formulas, concatenation, or large datasets is a plus.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle complex operational tasks while ensuring client satisfaction.your profileYou come with experience as a planner, particularly in a warehouse or similar environment, is advantageous, though the depth of that experience is not crucial.
A solid understanding of warehouse processes is essential for this role. Additionally, experience as a freight forwarder may also be relevant. Candidates should possess educational background in logistics or supply chain management and be an excellent communicator in English (verbal and written), Danish language is a bonus.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the data they are working with and possess solid logical reasoning abilities.Excellent communication skills are essential, especially in effectively articulating data insights. The ability to perform well under pressure is important, along with the capability to present and justify daily planning decisions across different segments to fellow managers while actively following up on business discussions.You should be adaptable to different personalities and situations, demonstrating flexibility without and facilitate smooth and efficient communication and collaboration with other departments.
