We are looking for a Senior S&OP Specialist for our headquarter in Ebeltoft.
Hands on planning and functional process development
As Senior S&OP Specialist you are accountable for the developing, implementing and driving the S&OP processes to the next level as well as implementation of the related tools and systems which support the processes.
Some of your main accountabilities will be:
- Project management within Planning with focus on optimization and improvements
- Defining KPI’s within S&OP and Planning + secure implementation and execution of improvements
- Defining the roadmap within S&OP with focus on end-to-end planning
We have implemented SAP IBP as our planning solution on top of our ERP D365. You will be the owner of tools and system strategy within Planning as well as SAP IBP incl. how to use AI within Planning.
You can expect up to 5 travel days a year in this position.
Strong analytical mindset and value chain capabilities
You are a responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your analytical mindset and attention to details, give you the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a strong value chain mindset and an appetite for improvements and creating results.Not afraid of taking part in the monthly S&OP process and generate the demand, supply and/or inventory forecast.
Furthermore, we envision that you:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or similar
- Have experience working with stakeholder management on all levels in the organization
- Have experience from running, facilitating and improving processes. It is a plus if you have worked with the S&OP planning process before.
- Can navigate between strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Are fluent in English
