We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Denmark to join our Therapy Product & Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our (Danish) users, customers, partners, competition and market. You will translate these insights into product initiatives for Terapeut booking, our flagship product in Therapy.
Although the role is remote first, it would be preferred if you could occasionally visit customers, partners and colleagues in Denmark (specifically Copenhagen).We have a Product Engineering culture, so your main focus will be product discovery, to understand and prioritize user needs in collaboration with Product Engineers.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market needs, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends to deliver products that exceed expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to build consensus and support for product initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Product Launches: Oversee the successful launch and go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global Saa S company.- Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful Saa S products.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies (e.g. Product Discovery)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
In addition, our humble wishlist would be that you:
- Are able to visit customers, partners and colleagues in Denmark (specifically Copenhagen) occasionally.
- Have experience with Healthcare technology, specifically Patient Management Systems.
