The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The unit aims to maximize production capacities at acquired sites and integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model.It is a fantastic opportunity to have a global impact at Novo Nordisk and enable us to serve even more of patients worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Maximize capacity program by building a plan in a Project Scheduling system (most likely Primavera P6 EPPM) to support the global program to maximize site capacity on lines available for Novo Nordisk and in existing facilities.
- Support the Integration program by building a plan to support the global program towards an operational target operating model which corresponds to a strategic AM site in Novo Nordisk. This should also include the activities in regard to an interim operating model where needed as well as ensuring exit of Transitional service agreements.
- In close collaboration with Program manager, Local Integration Project Leads and Work package drivers & owners, build and maintain a plan (level 0-3) in a Project Scheduling system covering above programs through planning workshops and continuously interaction with key stakeholders. Ensure continuously updates in the Project Scheduling system and identify dependencies, critical path to key deliverables, optimization opportunities and need for prioritization and re-planning. Train and support local planners to enable the whole program apply same and one system.
- In close collaboration with Program manager identify and update program risks and reflect these in a Risk management system (potentially in the same Project Scheduling system).
- Setup monitoring systems to follow up on progress and risk as well as reporting on program performance to various levels in the organization.
In this role, you can expect 5-10 days of travelling per year of global travels.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- An Academic degree in business management, strategy, or pharma related subject.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands-on Project / Program scheduling experience in a complex Project / Program using Primavera P6 EPPM (required).
- Knowledge and insights from a pharmaceutical production site.
- A good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
- Ability to work in different cultures that will allow you to become an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.

The AM Brownfield department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for integrating newly acquired sites into our organization. It is a part of Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), which is the largest unit in Product Supply and supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk.
PS AM is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we are responsible for all aseptic manufacturing in Novo Nordisk. We are more than 12,300 people working in five different countries (Brazil, China, Denmark, France and USA) operating seven factories/sites.
