The position
As a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Novo Nordisk, you will leverage your expertise in HVAC or Marine engineering, along with your knowledge of fire regulations, to enhance our team's performance and knowledge in HVAC systems. Your primary objective will be to define project outcomes, establish standards, and provide critical technical guidance to project teams.A deep understanding of industry trends and developments will enable you to drive optimization and ensure compliance across multiple projects and operational setups.
Some of your responsibilities will be:- Support the operational setup with the supplier CBRE, ensuring efficient integration of systems.
- Assist Site Managers by providing expert responses to technical queries and challenges.
- Provide technical input to the Projects department regarding renovations and modifications.
- Develop and maintain technical guidelines that enhance construction and operational practices.
- Identify and propose building optimization projects to be included in the project pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/marine engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on commercial applications.
- Proven track record of providing technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of HVAC industry standards and best practices.
You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are adaptable to changing circumstances, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges. Additionally, your ability to convey technical information clearly makes you an invaluable resource for your colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment for success.
