We are seeking a passionate student assistant to join our team. You will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced colleagues. The primary responsibilities include Product Quality complaint handling and registration, but as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include tasks from functions in the department over time.

You will be joining a team consisting of 7 colleagues and report directly to Karina Bergenholtz, Director of Compliant Management who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Registration and handling of customer complaints.
  • Unpacking of return samples.
  • Support improvement of systems and processes.
  • Data handling and analysis.
  • Other day-to-day tasks, to the quality system and quality processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as natural sciences, pharmacy, engineering or similar. You have a strong scientific mindset.

Furthermore, you are:

  • Independent and quick to learn, able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Approaching your work in a systematic and structured way.
  • Proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work on-site in Hellerup.

Key competencies:

You are a strong team player, detail-oriented, and have a can-do attitude.

Furthermore, you are conscientious about your tasks, solution oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.

Work hours: 15 hours per week. We want you to balance your work and studies effectively and therefore we offer flexibility where possible to support you in balancing your responsibilities
