Biogasclean A/S is a Danish company with headquarter in Odense, factory in Thailand and sales offices currently in USA, Brazil, and Canada. We are seeking a new Sales Manager – Internal Sales to our Head quarter in Odense. Biogasclean is a leading supplier of biological desulphurization and methanation systems with more than 340 plants in operation or under construction in +40 countries.

Responsibilities
Based at our office in Odense and reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be a part of a collaborative and diverse sales team and you will focus on driving internal sales performance, implementing CRM best practices, and developing strong partnerships to maximize market reach. Your primary responsibilities encompass:
- Contributing to the development of our sales strategy and CRM tool.
- Preparing customized offers for project requests.
- Conducting proactive outreach to build new sales relationships.
- Researching and securing optimal prices for equipment and key components.
- Collaborating with customers on technical requirements and project details.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, distributors, and agents through regular contact and site visits.
- Offering technical support and training for distributors and agents.
- Assisting in creating and updating marketing materials and strategies.
- Representing our company at exhibitions, fairs, and delegation trips.
Professional Qualifications
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who bring valuable experience in sales, CRM, and partnership management. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in internal sales, sales management, or a related technical field. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies is essential.
- Technical Insight: Background in engineering, technical sales, or a related field is advantageous, but we value practical experience in sales and business development.
- Language skills: Proficiency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Technical abilities: Proficiency in IT and experience with tools like Microsoft Office & CRM are beneficial.
