About us

streamways is a fast-growing tech startup revolutionizing the driving school industry in Germany with our all-in-one software solution. Our platform provides driving schools with everything they need for digital success – from the most advanced learner driver app to a powerful ERP software solution.

While our core market is in Germany, we also have an office in Copenhagen, Denmark, where this role will be based. As a young, dynamic team of around 10 employees, we work flexibly and remotely across Denmark, Germany and beyond. We are expanding rapidly and looking for reinforcements in our Customer Success Team to provide the best possible support for our customers.

Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for our customers, guiding them through the entire customer journey – from initial consultation and onboarding to long-term support. Your role combines aspects of sales, account management, customer engagement, and support to ensure our customers get the most out of our software:

  • Provide comprehensive support and consultation throughout the customer journey
  • Onboard new customers and help them get started with our software
  • Conduct customer meetings and advisory sessions
  • Manage and optimize our customer service and support system using Freshdesk
  • Actively support the sales team and assist in closing deals with interested driving schools
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams
What you bring
  • A degree in business, marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or account management
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A problem-solving approach with a proactive attitude
  • Technical affinity and experience with CRM and support tools (Freshdesk and Pipedrive are a plus)
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating across different departments
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret customer feedback
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German and English skills (both required for daily communication)
