We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Danish Marketing team and play a crucial role in turning our inbound leads into opportunities, establishing brand new connections, and developing existing customer relations.

Your Role & Mission

You’ll be on the front lines, engaging inbound leads generated through our Marketing channels, nurturing prospects lost or stuck in the sales funnel, and reaching out to hand-picked companies as part of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.

You’ll also build on relationships with existing customers by calling them to explore opportunities for complementary products that align with their future needs.

You’ll be strongly supported by the rest of the Marketing team, who will equip you with tailored content and messaging. Working closely with the Danish Marketing Manager, you’ll continuously align on target groups, refine your messaging, discuss results, and steer your efforts to make the biggest impact.

As the bridge between Marketing and Sales, you'll also be in constant collaboration with Sales: Handing over the prospects once a meeting has been booked, occasionally joining sales meetings and strategizing around high-potential accounts.

Key Tasks

Your most important tasks will include
  • Calling inbound leads generated through our various marketing channels to qualify them further before passing on to Sales.
  • Executing ABM campaigns by cold-calling selected prospects with tailored messaging
  • Lead nurturing: Lost prospects will be handed back to you for nurturing. You will also occasionally support Sales in moving prospects forward down the Sales funnel.
  • Developing existing customer relations by pitching complimentary products to selected customers (cross-selling)
  • Collect customer/prospect insights by asking key questions around pain points and business needs – sharing this insight with Marketing & Sales
  • Entering and maintaining lead data in our CRM system Falcon to allow for accurate KPI monitoring

Your Profile

You will thrive and succeed in this role, if you
  • genuinely enjoy talking on the phone and aren’t discouraged if you’re met with a “no thank you”
  • are motivated by clear KPI goals and love seeing your impact on the pipeline
  • have a natural ability to build relations, listen actively, and ask the right questions to uncover needs and pain points
  • are structured and proactive — you know how to manage your time and maintain high data discipline in the CRM system, and you understand the importance of accurate, reliable data
  • love working as part of a team and get energized by collaborating across Sales and Marketing for shared success!
Qualifications & Background
  • Solid experience with booking prospect meetings on the phone – both warm inbound leads and cold-calling
  • Great communication & networking skills – fluent in Danish
  • A talent for clearly communicating the business value our products bring to prospects and customers
  • Business acumen and data-driven mindset – you understand that accurate CRM data is crucial to the steering of the Sales & Marketing effort
  • Experience from B2B Marketing, preferably in the IT industry
