Customer Success Manager, DK

The RoleIn this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and enhancing our customer relationships, working closely with our Sales and Product teams to ensure customer expectations align with our offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to sustained use
- Develop and maintain customer onboarding, adoption and expansion protocols, timelines, and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to align customer expectations and needs
- Develop and monitor customer health metrics and create action plans to address any areas of concern
- Provide product training and support tailored to individual customer requirements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage data
- Lead regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and offer additional value
- Create and manage customer success plans, processes that outline customer goals and the steps to achieve them
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer feature requests and needs
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM and other customer management systems
- Conduct exit interviews for churned customers and report findings to internal teams for process improvement

Besides your awesome personality, you will get plus points for having:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning techniques
- Proficiency in customer success platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho…)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts concurrently
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of translating complex issues into understandable terms
- Familiarity with our product line and the ability to conduct customer training
- Experience in creating and executing customer success plans
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
