About The Job
Our Business Unit, Hygienic Fluid Handling, develops and delivers products for the global Dairy, Food, Beverage, and Bio-Pharmaceutical markets. We’re looking for a CAD Portal Assistant to cover a paternity leave from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.In this role, you’ll work closely with our CAD Portal Coordinator, helping customers access and integrate 3D models from our product portfolio.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the CAD portal, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CAD Portal Coordinator in providing technical support and maintenance for the CAD portal.
- Support internal teams by ensuring 3D models are updated and accessible on the portal.
- Help customers integrate our 3D models into their design workflows
- Contribute to ongoing improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
What You Know
To thrive in this position, you should have:
- A background as a Technical Designer or similar, with experience in 2D/3D construction
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in CAD software and customer support
- Strong technical knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling
- Great communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Siemens NX or similar CAD software (Teamcenter PLM) experience is a plus
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
