The Vestas Northern Central Europe business unit is responsible for the Sales, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout the NCE region.The Main Component Exchange department is part of the Special projects team and is responsible for safely planning and executing offshore scopes across the NCE region. Your role entails being a key contributor to a team that values customer contentment, with the responsibility to delivering projects by the deadline, in accordance with all relevant standards, and attaining high HSE standards.
Responsibilities- Proactive supervision of all aspects of project management including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, risk, stakeholder management, procurement, communication and continuous improvement
- Responsible for overseeing the work of sub-contractors: allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative and qualified team
- Responsible for the day-to-day communication and alignment with stakeholders and representing/presenting the project
- Act as an ambassador for Vestas, Offshore Service, and sub-departments
- Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience:
- Engineering, Commercial, or Project Management degree
- Professional experience from a similar industry or role involving complex project management and risk management
- Product understanding
- Contractual and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English
- Qualified in the Stage Gate model (Prince2, PMI or similar)

Additional information
The primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark but could also be located remote or in another office in the Vestas NCE region. The role requires approximately 40 days of travel per year.Applications are handled on an ongoing basis.
