As our new Senior People & Operations Specialist, you will be the key interface for the rest of PEAK Wind on core HR processes and operations.

Ensure a high Quality of Services for the full Employee Lifecycle
Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Aarhus or Copenhagen) you will join PEAK Wind’s dedicated People & Development team, which drives compliance and delivers high-quality services over the full HR lifecycle to team members worldwide. You will be a strategic sparring partner for the COO and take on a mentoring role in a diverse team with various seniorities.You will interim report directly to a very hands-on Chief Operating Officer, who will be covering for the Head of People & Development (maternity leave).
After your initial onboarding, you will take responsibility for core HR processes and operations. You will ensure the continuous smooth running of processes such as complex employee cases, labour law, employee onboarding and offboarding, and tracking the progress across our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a global HR Business Partner to managers, offering expert guidance on key People & Development matters. Be their go-to advisor on employee relations issues like sick leave meetings, grievances, and performance discussions, ensuring consistent, pragmatic solutions across the board.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Development team as a senior sparring partner, bringing valuable insights to elevate employee lifecycle processes—particularly around onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
- Lead the charge on ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple countries. Partner with legal teams to navigate complex regulations and guarantee that HR practices align with local requirements in designated regions.
- Take the reins in shaping and maintaining global HR policies, including parental leave and employee handbooks. Drive updates to these policies, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of a diverse, international workforce.
- Issue employment contracts, addendums, and other critical legal documents with precision and accuracy, ensuring every document meets legal and organizational standards.
- Ensure all HR templates, processes, and policy documents are current, standardized, and accessible, keeping the organization agile and aligned with best practices.
- Provide essential support for organizational changes, assisting with workforce transitions, employee data management, and ensuring smooth implementation of change initiatives.
- Play a key role in executing our annual HR activities, including engagement surveys and salary reviews. Ensure these initiatives are impactful and provide actionable insights to enhance the employee experience.
- Be at the forefront of driving or supporting high-impact, global HR initiatives. Shape the future of People & Development at PEAK Wind by helping deliver strategic projects from our global People & Development roadmap.
