The position
As a Senior Quality Coordinator, you report to the senior manager heading up the two quality support teams working with supplier related deviations in the ISM department. You independently drive the improvement of the quality agenda, and proactively engage relevant stakeholders.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Quality Docs Content Responsible for the SOPs and processes owned by ISM
- Ensuring compliance with ISO and relevant GXP requirements as well as the Novo Nordisk Quality Management Systems.
- Coordinate audits, inspections and follow up on possible observations.
- Drive and participate in relevant projects within optimisation of business processes.
- Being appointed Data Integrity Steward e.g: Ensuring compliance with data integrity requirements, providing input on data integrity-related issues to relevant stakeholders, as well as to build and maintain data flow maps and data integrity risk assessments in collaboration with process responsible and SMEs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
- An academic degree (MSc./Bs C) in a scientific field, and 5-7 years relevant quality experience.
- A strong Quality Mindset coupled with Gx P/ISO knowledge and solid understanding of quality standards
- Understanding and knowledge of sourcing and supply chain processes.
- Good project management skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in digitalisation and standardisation of quality processes
Knowledge of/experience with deviations and change requests is considered an advantage.
On a personal level you demonstrate a high level of independence combined with the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You are strong in prioritising tasks and able to navigate and build relations in complex large organisations and have great problem-solving skills.
