Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our strategic research projects. Your key tasks will include:
- Organising project meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange, including follow up actions.
- Managing partnerships with national and international stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Handling reporting requirements to funders such as the European Union (EU), ensuring all deadlines and standards are met.
- Overseeing project deliveries and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and value for money. Setting up processes for quality assurance and governance to monitor project progress.
- Supporting the Principal Investigator and research team with other administrative tasks and coordination.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and recent graduates. No prior experience is required, but the following skills and attributes are desirable:
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work proactively, methodically and efficiently.
- Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to provide support and manage relationships in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Danish language skills are an advantage but not required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in project management, event organisation, or administration is a plus but not essential.
- Familiarity with EU reporting requirements is an advantage, but training will be provided.
