Events and Communications Student Assistant - København
We are looking for a student with an interest in events, communications and administrative coordination to join our busy Talent Department!
About the position
You will be working to promote Denmark as attractive career destination and to help retain international students and graduates through various project activities. Your focus will be with our yearly career program called Young Professionals in Denmark.You will help with executing activities/events, assisting with the administrative process around the program and communicating with the program participants.
- Student position
- 15-20 hours/ week
- Working in office in the heart of Copenhagen
You will be working with exciting and varied job tasks- no week is ever the same.
- Supporting project activities and organizing smaller events
- Assisting with administrative processes
- Being a point of contact for program participants
- Helping with SoMe communication and outreach in relation to activities of career program and events
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
To fit the position, you are:
- In the first year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Responsible and independent
- Quick to adapt when things go wrong
- Interested in making a difference for international talent in Denmark
- Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing
- Previous project and/or event coordination experience is a plus
- Experience with SoMe/communications is a plus
