We improve access to healthcare products globally
We are a subsidiary of a 30-year running international organization which – within a specific area of needed healthcare products – is one of the largest distributors globally. We are a highly results-oriented and mission-driven organization with a unique corporate culture that balances achieving health impact and innovation with increasing sustainability.
Right now, we are relocating our European support service headquarters to Copenhagen. Our new team of 15+ colleagues will provide key support functions within marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and more – to our global operations.
Varied tasks within accounts receivable and payable
As our Finance Assistant, you will join our financial team of expected 4 colleagues, including the Finance Manager.
Together, we will ensure financial compliance, transparency, and efficiency while supporting our US-based invoicing department. Our work enables sustainable growth and the successful distribution of our healthcare products to 85+ countries.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable by overseeing invoice processing, payment requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain vendor and financial data by keeping supplier records up to date and handling communication with vendors and suppliers
- Manage AP/AR and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
Since our office in Copenhagen is still taking shape, you will have the chance to build and improve financial structures, ensuring our financial setup supports our global mission.

Who are you?
We are looking for a structured finance assistant who has a keen eye for detail and who knows how to ensure accuracy in financial processes. We also imagine that you:
- Have experience from a similar role where you have worked with accounts receivable
- Bring Excel proficiency and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data
- May have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- Speak and write English effortlessly as our global working language is English
If you are not a Danish citizen, you must have a valid work permit.
