The Position
As our new Senior Project Manager and OT Project Execution Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead Global Project Execution and be the anchor point for the global project execution of our FP Automation scope, ensuring efficient and consistent implementation across all sites through our site module leads.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Experts and work closely with highly skilled automation specialists and project managers to drive the execution of automation projects across sites world Ywide.
- Ensure Timely and Budget-Conscious Implementation and successful implementation within defined timelines and budget across the portfolio
- Manage Schedules and Stakeholder Relationships and be responsible for the FP automation site schedule, maintain strong stakeholder relationships with FPMSAT, track changes, and align OT Systems deliverables with the Cross-OT team.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions and compromises with stakeholders across engineering, quality, sites, and suppliers, ensuring clarity and transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences
- Drive colaboration with sites during all phases of the program, focusing on quality, efficient delivery, and successful transition to operations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information and Communication Technology, or a similar field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds to co-create solutions that drive value
- Significant experience in leading industrial automation projects, with a preference for experience in greenfield projects
- Strong understanding of SCADA/PLC/MES environments, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, and cybersecurity best practices
- As a person, you can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities. You are i Independent and effective work style, ensuring tasks are completed while being an excellent teammate and leader in project teams

Fill & Finish Expansions is a new department located in Lyngby, Denmark. Our ambition is to design and build future-proof Fill & Finish production facilities, by establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve.In this department, we work very closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering and various technology partners internally and externally.
